The Andrews
Dance Academy!

The Academy is currently a Saturday School in Gidea Park, Essex and we offer dance classes every week from 9am-12.30. Our aim is for pupils to dance to the best of their ability, whilst building confidence in the process. We are passionate about dancing and teaching and we like to fit in as much fun as possible!

School Principal - Jane Andrews is a member of United Teachers of Dance and can therefore take pupils through Examinations and Medal Tests throughout the year in Tap, Ballet, Modern and Lyrical dance. We will also work towards choreographed Shows where everyone is given the opportunity to showcase their talents..!

The Academy can accept children from the age of 2½ years, right up to Adults who are welcome to take part in Medal Tests, Shows and Examinations in Tap, or just come along and try something new! See our timetable for details.

New pupils can come along to the first two lessons and wear their own clothes and soft shoes, after which any children wanting to join the school can purchase the UTD regulation uniform.

We will also be holding Street Dance classes in the near future - start date to be confirmed.
